Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventory counts
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an immaculate store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, preferably in organic food
• Interest in organic foods
• Passion for sales and a sense for customer needs
• First leadership experience in a team (e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy)
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
