Your responsibilities

Take responsibility

• Together with the store manager, run the Super Natur Market profitably
• Be the go-to person for the team
• Plan and control KPIs; manage inventories and ordering smoothly
• Prepare rosters and, with the store manager, recruit new staff

Share enthusiasm

• Support personal and professional development of your colleagues
• Work hands-on in daily operations and create a welcoming atmosphere customers feel

• Leadership experience and retail management qualification – career changers welcome
