Your tasks

• Support planning, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns, including e-mail marketing and event organisation
• Assist with lead generation, customer acquisition and care, and manage sales data and reports
• Maintain customer databases and CRM systems
• Prepare and attend marketing events
• Analyse marketing KPIs and create reports

Your profile

• Enrolled student, preferably (but not necessarily) in Marketing, Event Management, Communications or a related field
• Confident use of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• First experience with CRM and/or e-mail marketing tools is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset for evaluating data
• Pro-active approach and willingness to take responsibility
• Team player who enjoys working with people
• Very good German skills; English is a plus
