Working Student – Software Support Specialist
Your responsibilities
Support our Software Asset Management team in Bucharest as a working student. You will process license requests, assist with lifecycle management and troubleshoot via e-mail and phone. Together with global license managers you maintain data records, register proofs, manage portals and create consumption reports while ensuring compliance.
Your profile
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365
- Strong communication skills in English
- Openness to new topics
- First practical experience through student initiatives or NGOs is an advantage
