Your apprenticeship at a glance

• Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
• Holiday: 36 days per year
• Monthly gross salary (minimum, varies by federal state):
  • Year 1: €1,190
  • Year 2: €1,290
  • Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant track only)
  • Christmas and vacation bonus from year 1

Experience with us

• Theatre workshop „Adventure Culture“
• Hands-on experience on organic farms or in organic production sites
• In-depth knowledge of organic products & ALNATURA range
• Classic sales tasks: stocking & presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
