Retail Management Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Bad Aibling 2026

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of the store: shelving, cheese & bakery counter, bistro, checkout, goods-in, warehouse and back office. You will advise customers expertly on organic products and support daily operations.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of organic products
• Friendly, expert customer advice
• Cashiering and till reconciliation
• Implementing promotional activities
• Organising ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Planning and executing sales campaigns and seasonal displays
