Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year
Monthly training allowance from day one (gross):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant track only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

• classic retail tasks: shelf-stocking & presentation, freshness checks, checkout, advice
• store management: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
• theatre workshop: strengthen team spirit & communication
