Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Töpen (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department: product presentation, organic food advice, checkout, ordering & logistics, promotions and seasonal displays. You take ownership of shelves, bakery & cheese counter, bistro and back office, learning the entire retail business from A to Z.

Your tasks:

• Appealing presentation of premium organic food
• Comprehensive, friendly customer advice
• Cashiering and cash reconciliation
• Implementing marketing campaigns
• Organising ordering, goods-in, quality checks and storage
• Supporting sales promotions and seasonal placements

What you bring:

• Good school grades, ideally intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy working with people and excellent manners
• Strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
