Country Accountant

Your Day-to-Day

You will act as business partner to local stakeholders such as the Country Finance Director and Business Areas, manage country-level accounting processes and provide accounting advice on local GAAP. Together with the Hub Accountant you ensure high-quality books and records for monthly financial closings and drive digitalisation, automation and process optimisation.

Your Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Execute IFRS group closing tasks and prepare statutory financial statements under TFRS
• Audit Management: Primary contact for local external auditors; coordinate internal and external audit activities
• Business Partner: Deliver accounting advice to Business Areas; implement internal controls and support control testing
• Reporting: Prepare and review statutory reports and management reports

Your Profile

• Degree in Accounting & Finance with 5-6 years of experience in audit or a multinational corporation
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, especially TFRS for NPAE
• SAP knowledge advantageous
• Independent, proactive working style with strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
