To keep expanding our field sales team we are looking for ambitious sales talents.

Your mission

• Acquire new customers door-to-door and advise them on our innovative solar packages.
• Record technical customer data to verify project feasibility.
• Build and maintain a regional network to continuously grow your customer base.
• Turn quotes into signed contracts through persuasive sales conversations.
• Review your performance regularly with your team lead to keep optimising.
• Help build the leading energy company of the 21st century together with a highly engaged sales team.

Your profile

• Several years of field sales experience with complex products or solutions.
• A personable, open and strong communicator who thrives as a loyal team player.
• Results-driven mindset, solution-oriented approach and positive charisma.
• High self-motivation, closing power and enthusiasm for personal growth.
• Class B driving licence and business-fluent German (spoken and written).
