Your tasks:

• PMO support incl. project scheduling, status tracking, and stakeholder communication

• Help build and maintain procurement dashboards and KPI reporting

• Create analytical reports and presentations to support procurement decisions

• Contribute to documenting and standardizing procurement processes and digital workflows

• Support testing and user adoption of new digital procurement tools

Your profile:

• Enrolled in or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Data Analytics, IT, or similar

• Strong interest in procurement analytics, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making

• Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and procurement/supply-chain management

• Experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus

• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented with analytical and solution-focused mindset

• Fluent English; additional languages (German, Spanish, Romanian) welcome
