Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a strong understanding of customer needs
• First experience in leading teams, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
