To expand in Northern Germany, we are looking for new members for our local start-up team.

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end installation of air-to-water heat pumps to replace old heating systems
• Customer visits throughout Northern Germany (Hamburg area) with a fully equipped company van
• Work in pairs with another plant mechanic or trainee
• Close collaboration with planners, logistics and service teams for smooth operations
• Active contribution to continuous process improvement

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (focus on heating) or comparable professional experience
• Experience with heat pumps is an advantage; strong interest to specialize is essential
• Customer focus and quality mindset
• Team spirit and comfort in a modern, digital work environment
