Apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant Bio-Food – Hanover-Limmerstraße (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail management assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will learn every department: shelf maintenance, cheese & bakery counters, bistro, ordering and warehousing. You advise customers expertly on organic products, create appealing displays, operate the checkout, organise promotions and take responsibility for smooth store operations.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Competent, friendly customer advice
• Cash handling and balancing
• Implementing marketing campaigns and promotional placements
• Organising ordering, goods receipt, checking and storage
• Supporting sales campaigns and seasonal layout changes

• Good school record, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
