Apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant (m/f/d) Organic Foods – Wolfratshausen (2026)

During the 3-year apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through all operational areas of the store. You will learn about product groups, shelf maintenance, checkout, ordering and warehousing, as well as advising customers on organic and natural products. You will present goods attractively, advise customers competently, support promotions and carry out commercial tasks in the back office.

• Customer consultation and sales
• Checkout operation and balancing
• Implementation of marketing activities
• Ordering, goods receipt and warehouse organisation
• Support with seasonal displays and sales campaigns
