Site Stock Keeper

Responsibilities:

Own the physical and systematic movement of all equipment, materials, tools, products and overall inventory at the site, using ERP systems and company resources.

• Process all paperwork related to site inventory management
• Perform tool and inventory cycle counts per company policy
• Sort and store materials on racks, shelves or bins by predefined sequence
• Fill requisitions, work orders and movements for materials and tools
• Record weights and quantities to ensure conformance to company standards
• Secure timely return of tools and support calibration activities
• Manage all shipping & receiving duties including priority orders
• Inspect, weigh, load and document hazardous materials and waste
• Validate orders for accurate material consumption
• Train current and new employees on inventory practices
• Complete projects and tasks assigned by Site Manager and SCRT team

Requirements:

• High-school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• MS Office skills; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle) preferred
• Hazmat handling experience a plus
• Knowledge of Kanban fulfilment practices

Physical Demands:

Lift up to 50 lbs consistently, push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders, operate forklifts/MHE, wear required PPE.

Work Environment:

Team-based service site, outdoor work in all weather, exposure to loud equipment, remote work not available.
