Team Lead PV Project Management (m/f/d) Berlin

• Take disciplinary and technical responsibility for a regional PV project team (senior, mid-level and junior project managers as well as working students) and provide support for complex clarification cases
• Manage your own PV tenant-electricity projects in parallel to ensure on-time, quality and budget-compliant implementation
• Guarantee process and installation quality, monitor compliance with quality, process and budget guidelines and continuously optimise our workflows
• Coordinate capacity planning and prioritisation with the department head and drive the further development of our tools and methods

• Several years of experience in PV project management (roof-top PV, multi-family houses, single-family houses or tenant-electricity) with solid knowledge of relevant regulations, technical feasibility and construction-economic framework conditions
• Confident control of project processes and routine cooperation with electrical and PV contractors; customer-oriented communication and assertiveness while maintaining our quality standards
• Driving licence class B and willingness for regular presence in our Berlin co-working space as well as nationwide site visits
• Ability to make sound decisions, solve problems independently and ideally first practical experience in team leadership or mentoring
