Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Technical Instructors NCE Technical Instructors NCE_1 (North Central Europe) is responsible for delivering technical and safety offshore trainings. We play a critical role in ensuring that participants receive high-quality training, providing the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. We take pride in the quality of courses that we deliver to employees participating in offshore trainings to the business.  We are a collaborative, inclusive and ever-growing department that care about developing and training our colleagues to become only the most highly skilled team members. Overall, the Technical Instructor NCE is an essential member of the training team, bringing expertise, dedication, and an interest in learning to help colleagues reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced troubleshooting training to technicians on offshore turbines
  • The trainings include technical, practical, and theoretical content on our troubleshooting trainings
  • Update, develop and maintain course contract in line with company and industry standards
  • Staying updated with offshore activities to ensure the trainings material remain accurate and relevant
  • Evaluate training effectiveness of training programs and materials, through collected feedback from trainees and assessing the performance of employees who have completed the trainings

Qualifications

  • As technical instructor you might come from a mechanical, electrical, or similar instructor role. 
  • Experience with advanced troubleshooting in turbines or conducting trainings for similar purposes 
  • Knowledge or experience with turbines is an advantage 
  • English B2 or higher 

Competencies

  • Proactive and structured with good organizational skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to travel and adapt to changing environments
  • Capable of coaching and mentoring others.
