Technical Surveyor (m/f/d) for Heat Pumps & Energy Systems – 1KOMMA5° Berlin

Your responsibilities

• Carry out heat-load calculations and create project documentation
• Schedule and accompany customer appointments for technical data collection
• Be the first point of contact for technical customer inquiries (e-mail, phone)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Comprehensive project coordination in the heat-pump sector

What you bring

• Completed vocational training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in energy technology, ideally with heat pumps
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
• Self-reliant, structured working style and strong communication skills
• Passion for the energy transition and strong customer focus
• Fluent German, written and spoken
