Your training salary (monthly gross)

• Year 1: at least €1,290
• Year 2: at least €1,420
• From year 3: regular employee salary
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

Your programme

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant (entry requirement: A-levels or equivalent)
• followed by 1-year advanced training to become a Certified Retail Specialist
• additional qualification “Organic Food Retail” and trainer aptitude certificate (AEVO) in year 3
• hands-on experience on organic farms or in organic production facilities
• in-depth product knowledge of organic goods and the Alnatura range
• early responsibility in sales and store management
