Customer Support Specialist – Octopus Energy

Your mission

You will independently handle customer enquiries by phone, email and occasionally in person—covering contracts, bills, self-consumption and 100% renewable services end-to-end without call transfers.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service and sustainability
• Excellent communication in Italian; English is a plus
• Proactive, responsible, solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Ancarano (TE)
