Apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (m/w/d) – Organic Products, Berlin-Wollankstraße 2026

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Merchant at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every operational area of our Berlin-Wollankstraße store. You will learn goods receipt, stock control, inventory management, attractive product presentation and expert customer advice on organic food. In addition you will handle checkout operations, support marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions, and work closely with the cheese, bakery and bistro counters as well as the back-office team. After successful completion we will offer you a permanent full-time position.

Your responsibilities:

• Presentation and maintenance of the organic range
• Competent, friendly customer consultation
• Cash handling and daily till reconciliation
• Receiving, checking, storing and ordering goods
• Assisting with advertising, sales promotions and seasonal placements

• At least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong communication skills
• Team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and sustainability topics
