As a documentation manager in logistics, you will be responsible for ensuring that the ordering of parts are setup correctly leading to correct documentation for export and import. This includes dialogues with IT and system users to ensure that SAP is setup for the sales to take place. You will also work with import restrictions for certain countries or regions to ensure we are adhering to the restrictions. You will align with various departments such as export controls, ordering teams, project teams and IT. You will work across many projects, and it will be important to gather learnings from projects to continuously improve our way of working.

How to contribute to our vision 

  • Participate in project specific logistic value flow discussions on project level and support projects​

  • Drive dialogue with IT to ensure SAP is setup for the logistic value flows​

  • Ensure ordering teams’ scope are covered and understood in logistic value flow​

  • Collect improvement topics and drive the implementation across other projects or with other departments

  • Coordinate with documentation coordinator on responsible projects​

  • Portfolio view, building on project specific learnings and procedures – including perspective on market/regional differences​

What You Need to Make a Difference

  • Professional logistic background with knowledge about import/export processes and restrictions

  • Great communication skills, consistency and attention to details

  • Continuous improvement mindset as well as a solution-oriented and practical approach to your work

  • Ability to work across various parts of the business

  • Previous experience in global teams would be a plus

  • Experience with SAP

  • English level: Advanced

  • 5-10 years’ experience
