Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Service & Construction Academy Vestas North and Central Europe is a sales business unit responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas North and Central Europe the best place to work.  The team of Instructors deliver software, safety & technical courses in training and development for office staff and technicians in the Vestas organization, Vestas Construction, Customers and Sub-contractors.

Forecasting and planning software, safety & technical courses in training centers and on site. Conducting safety & technical courses we deliver more than 140 different courses documentation of archived competences and course follow up.

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional trainings for Vestas Employees e.g. SAP, SalesForce, remotely and some onsite
  • Responsible for developing and creating training materials (Power Point, theoretical and practical exercises as well as remote training content)
  • Provide new and existing Vestas Employees with the necessary training to enable them to conduct their job professionally and safely.
  • Ensure the achievement of the business goals in accordance with the Group strategy and the contractual fulfillment of our obligations towards the customers of the NCE training department
  • Continuously keep up-to-date on new Software releases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s degree, engineering, or equivalent attainment
  • Training experience preferred. Training certification if optioned
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in similar position, ideally, experience from the wind energy industry
  • Good MS office skills
  • High-quality level of accurate and effective work performance
  • Driver´s license class B

Additional information Your primary work location will be Munkebo, Aarhus or Videæk, Denmark.
