Vestas Technology & Operations > Procurement > Procurement Program Management Vestas Procurement is an award-winning best in class Procurement function within the Worlds growing OEMs for sustainable & Renewable Energy Solutions. We are setting the direction for the future supply chain of Vestas in collaboration with multiple other departments across the full Vestas. Procurement Program Management is a function within Vestas Procurement being responsible for organizing and implementing the procurement scope of New Product Introduction and Technology Transfer projects within Vestas. You will be part of a fantastic team with 28 colleagues based at sites in Denmark, France and Chennai, India  

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team ensuring employee motivation and capabilities to meet business goals
  • Nurture and maintain a change-embracing mindset and capacity
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative culture in a dynamic international environment
  • Manage project resources to drive successful outcomes and project deliveries
  • Be part of setting the strategy for the governance of the portfolio of project
  • Cooperation with relevant stakeholders in relation to project deliverables
  • Implement measures to enhance development and operational efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Proven record managing teams and projects in production companies with a global supply chain
  • Able to successfully manage project deliverables and keep to timelines
  • Broad knowledge of project and change management methodologies, techniques and processes
  • Extensive experience in working with teams globally with demonstrated ability to develop and implement training programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management and leadership roles
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is welcomed

  • Personally, you possess strong negotiation skills as well as substantial leadership qualities
  • Your ability to foster strong cross-functional teamwork facilitates the building of collaborative relationships to achieve common goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
