Region NCE and Global Offshore > Customer Project Execution, NCE > Business Improvements & Processes

The PMO team „Business Improvements and Processes“ supports the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) region in executing on- and offshore customer projects efficiently. We provide frameworks, processes and systems and align continuous-improvement projects with Global Customer Project Execution.

Your responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve processes to support project teams
• Ensure process excellence and design improvements
• Support the strategic process roadmap in close alignment with Global CPX
• Manage change requests including analysis, recommendations and communication
• Model and document processes at all levels according to recognized standards

Your profile

• University degree (business, information management, engineering or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of process-management experience in a global environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Structured, systematic working style
• Experience with process-management or CPX systems advantageous
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Competencies

• Strong prioritization skills, accuracy and deadline orientation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional collaboration
• Mind-set focused on continuous improvement and solution orientation
