Power Platform Technical Lead

Workload: 80–100 %

Your responsibilities

• Advance our Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Implement complex requirements using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
• Design and integrate interfaces to external systems (C#, APIs, Azure Functions)
• Coordinate and lead teams in Switzerland, near-shore Madrid and external partners
• Ensure code quality, standards and best practices
• Coach developers and share knowledge across the team

Your background

• Degree in computer science or equivalent higher-education qualification
• Several years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and C#
• Proven software-design and system-integration expertise, experienced in cross-team collaboration
• Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600) preferred
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Azure is a plus
• Very good command of German and English
