Leads technical training program implementation for employees and/or customers to develop technical competencies and skills required.

* Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools.* Leads technical training program implementation for employees and/or customers to develop technical competencies and skills required.* Defines and allocates resources.* Leads the development, preparation, implementation and follow-up for all service training activities for assigned business partners/products.* Explores trends, innovations, and applications within the training industry.* Plans, formulates and approves technical training programs. Leads the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs for updating and enhancement.* Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.

  • Qualification in relevant field in terms of windsite construction or has concept and knowledge in heavy industry training system.

  • Experience in wind industry is highly preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in aforementioned areas

  • Knowledge in people and project management methods and techniques, commercial management.

  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office/Sharepoint

  • Excellent communication skills in English is essential, both verbally and written.

  • Experience in project scheduling using MS Project/Primavera an advantage.
