Retail Management Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Essen-Rüttenscheider Str. 2026

During your three-year Retail Management Apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will gain hands-on experience in every commercial and customer-facing area of our organic supermarket. From merchandise management and customer advice to checkout operations, you will help create appealing product displays and work with your team to ensure smooth store operations.

Your tasks

• Presenting and merchandising our organic product range
• Providing knowledgeable, friendly customer service
• Operating the cash register and balancing cash
• Implementing promotions and campaign placements
• Managing orders, goods-in, quality control and stock
• Supporting seasonal sales activities

• Good school-leaving certificate (intermediate or higher)
