The Role
As a Flight Test Operator you will fly experimental and new-production aircraft, verify airworthiness and document every test. You own all aspects of flight operations, maintain pre-flight checklists, enforce safety at our busy test site and collaborate closely with engineering teams to keep development on schedule.

Requirements
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
- 2+ years manually piloting quadcopters (professional or hobby)
- 2+ years hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting (drones, maker projects)
- Strong aeronautical decision-making and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with limited resources

Preferred
Linux CLI, rapid prototyping (3-D printing, laser cutting)

Compensation
$32–$42 per hour; 40 h/week ≈ USD 5,500–7,300 gross per month. Also includes equity, overtime, discretionary bonuses and full benefits.
