Career Changer / Assistant for Electrical Work (m/f/d) - Kempten

At 1KOMMA5° we build Europe’s leading energy-software platform “Heartbeat” that links PV panels, batteries, heat pumps and EV chargers into a virtual power plant, boosting the profitability of climate-neutral homes.

We are expanding our installation team in Kempten and are looking for reinforcement to equip private customers with intelligent energy systems and help them live, heat and drive carbon-free.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation and execution of electrical work on PV systems
• Laying cable trays and wiring from house connection to the meter cabinet
• Assembly support for meter cabinet, inverters, battery storage and switches
• Coordination with customers and other trades

Your Profile

• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Safe use of drills and tools
• Knowledge of technical drawings/plans (beneficial)
• Reliable, precise, able to work under physical strain
• Good German, driver’s license class B
