Sales Specialist - Low Carbon Tech

What you'll do

• Manage the full sales cycle for domestic Solar or Air-Source Heat-Pump solutions, from first enquiry to signed contract.
• Advise homeowners on the benefits of low-carbon technologies in clear, jargon-free language.
• Convert warm, pre-qualified leads, consistently beating monthly KPIs.
• Record all customer interactions accurately in our CRM and champion best-in-class service.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of B2C telesales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and earning commission.
• Strong objection-handling skills, organisation and pipeline discipline.
• Passion for renewable energy and Octopus Energy’s mission.

Package

• £30,000 base salary (≈£2,500 pcm gross).
• OTE £45,000 incl. £15k commission (uncapped).
