Training location: Hamburg, Hahnenkamp 1
Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year
Salary: min. €1,290/month in year 1, €1,420/month in year 2; from year 3 regular employee salary plus Christmas and holiday bonus from day one.

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Clerk (min. technical college entry): practical experience on organic farm or in organic processing, in-depth organic product knowledge, sales, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice, ordering, inventory, marketing, staff scheduling, theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
• 1-year further training as Retail Management Specialist with early leadership responsibility
• On top: additional qualification “Organic Retail” and AEVO trainer licence in year 3
