Salary (monthly gross, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,290
• Year 2: €1,420
• Year 3: regular employee salary

4 IHK qualifications in 3 years

• 2-year apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant
• Requirement: advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur)
• Hands-on experience on an organic farm or production site
• Participation in culture workshop “Adventure Culture”
• In-depth knowledge of organic products and the Alnatura range
• Sales: receiving & presenting goods, freshness checks, cashiering, customer advice
• Store operations: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
• 1-year advanced training to become Retail Management Specialist
• Early responsibility for leadership tasks
• Additional qualification “Organic Food Specialist” (year 3)
• Trainer aptitude certificate pursuant to AEVO (year 3)
