Retail Apprenticeship – Augsburg-Eichleitnerstraße 2026

During your three-year retail apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department of our store. You will learn how to receive and inspect goods, manage stock, present organic products attractively and advise customers professionally. In addition you will operate cash registers, implement promotional campaigns and season-based merchandising, ensuring smooth daily operations. Bakery and cheese counters, bistro and back-office all become part of your territory as you turn marketing and sales concepts into practice.

• Appealing presentation of our premium organic food
• Expert, friendly customer consultation
• Cash handling and balancing
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Planning and executing sales promotions and seasonal placements
• Implementation of advertising activities

What you bring:

• Good school record, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong team-mindedness
• Very good communication skills
• Commitment, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
