Retail Management Apprentice (m/w/d) - Dresden (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will become familiar with every area of the store: product care, customer service, checkout, warehousing, marketing and back-office. You present organic foods attractively, advise customers competently, handle ordering & stock management and support cashier and promotional activities. Ideally you bring a good secondary-school certificate, enjoy working with people, strong team spirit and interest in organic/natural products.

We offer a varied apprenticeship with excellent take-on prospects, our own e-learning platform "Knowledge makes organic", 20% employee discount, annual team events, 36 days’ holiday (6-day week) and apprenticeship pay:

• Year 1: €1,200/month gross
• Year 2: €1,250/month gross
• Year 3: €1,300/month gross

After successful completion, you can expect a permanent full-time contract and diverse further-training opportunities.
