Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant – Hennef (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Sales Assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every operational area of the store. You will gain end-to-end product knowledge – from ordering and warehousing to attractive merchandising of organic foods and professional customer advice. Your responsibilities include shelves, seasonal promotions, checkout and back office, complemented by shifts at the cheese, bakery and bistro counters.

Your tasks:

• Presentation and maintenance of our premium organic range
• Competent advice and proactive sales
• Cash handling and accurate till reconciliation
• Goods receipt, quality control and on-time stock management
• Support of marketing and sales campaigns
• Organisation of seasonal displays
