Retail Merchant Apprenticeship – Schwetzingen (2026)

During your 3-year retail merchant apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of the store – from goods receipt and shelving to checkout, customer service, promotions, and back office. You will present organic products, advise customers knowledgeably, handle orders and storage, implement marketing campaigns and support seasonal sales activities.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of organic product ranges
• Competent, friendly customer consultation
• Operating checkout and balancing tills
• Executing marketing measures and campaigns
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting seasonal displays and promotional sales

What you bring:

• Good school results, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Excellent manners and strong team spirit
• Commitment, sense of responsibility and interest in organic products
