Chief of Staff Supply Chain Management (f/m/d)

At 1KOMMA5° we are building Europe’s leading energy software platform „Heartbeat“, creating a virtual power plant that links our customers’ PV systems, batteries, heat pumps and EV chargers. As Chief of Staff Supply Chain Management (f/m/d) you will act as sparring partner and project champion to our SCM leadership, driving data-based scaling of our global logistics and procurement processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare strategic decisions together with SCM leadership and C-level; ensure operational execution of our supply-chain strategy
• Analyse complex SCM data streams, identify inefficiencies and build high-performance dashboards (e.g. Looker)
• Lead strategic projects – from warehouse-logistics optimisation to software roll-outs – and deliver measurable impact
• Manage interfaces between Supply Chain, Purchasing, Product, Logistics Centres, Branch Network and Finance
• Optimise internal processes and create compelling management presentations
• Oversee calendars, meetings and follow-ups; flag issues before they escalate

What you bring:

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar
• Strong data affinity and analytical mindset
• First professional experience in fast-paced environments; background in Supply Chain, Operations or strategic project management is a plus
• Hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial drive and high sense of ownership
• Structured working style and excellent organisational skills under complex workloads
• Fluent German and English
