Job Description

• Is responsible for the entire electrical equipment, instrumentation and plant control system for turnkey or consortium partner new installation projects
• Represents the main contact during project execution regarding all EIC related topics for client, suppliers and all internal / external project stakeholders
• Takes ownership for the on time on quality and on budget delivery of the engineering deliverables
• Identifies showstoppers and risks for technology, suppliers, cost and delivery dates, finds solutions with the engineering team and suppliers to mitigate and deliver on time in budget
• Leads an engineering team of 6-9 engineers responsible for the design, specification and supplier’s application engineering  with responsibility for the functionality  of HV power excavation path,  MV / LV plant auxiliaries including Battery UPS and Emergency Diesel, all Instrumentation and Plant Control System (DCS) The team includes engineers in multiple locations (Zurich, Germany, Levice , Bratislava, Croatia or others if applicable).

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Lead Engineer or Technical Project Manager in Power/O&G/Energy or similar industries
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar
• Solid technical background in industry electrical and control systems, good process and product knowledge
• Problem solving attitude, communication and team-leading skills, proactive approach
• Experience in dealing with suppliers and customers
• Fluent Italian and English
