As National Field Lead Grocery Retail – Germany you lead our 20-person German field-sales team, ensuring Oatly is present, visible and selling strongly across grocery retail – through perfect in-store execution, optimum distribution and robust trade partnerships.

Your responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the field team nationwide
• Translate national grocery strategy into field execution plans
• Drive sell-out, availability and shelf performance
• Collaborate tightly with Key Account, Trade Marketing and Supply
• Analyse KPIs, derive actions and track results

What you bring

• ≥2 years leading grocery field-sales teams
• Deep knowledge of German retail structures and processes
• Proven record in team leadership and in-store excellence
• Strategic, data-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel and fluent German & solid English
