Sales Enablement Manager (f/m/d)

Job Description

• Analyse sales funnels across all locations, identify bottlenecks and derive concrete action items
• Daily KPI tracking (show rate, conversion, capacity, utilisation) including forecasting and performance optimisation
• Build and maintain a central knowledge base for transparent sales insights
• Work closely with team leads, sales VPs and the CSO to drive continuous process improvement
• Own and implement projects that automate and scale sales operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales Operations or similar role within a high-growth company
• Degree in Business Administration, Data Science or related field
• Strong analytical mindset, high learning agility and hands-on mentality
• Proficient with analytics tools; Snowflake experience is a plus
• Interest in B2C sales mechanics and willingness to travel (~1 site visit per month)
• Fluent German (written & spoken)
