Your responsibilities

• Independent management and coordination of large-scale construction projects in the HVAC sector
• Monitoring and steering project success regarding quality, cost, and schedule
• Leading and coordinating on-site installation teams – ensuring smooth workflows
• Calculating and pricing projects as well as budget control
• Regular site visits (approx. every two weeks) to ensure project progress
• Solution-oriented communication with clients, planners, and subcontractors
• Interface between construction site, office, and management
• Support in process optimisation and technical planning

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in HVAC, building services, or supply engineering
• Professional experience in managing large construction sites
• Proficient in costing tools and project-management software
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and confident manner towards clients and partners
• Willingness to carry out occasional site visits (approx. every two weeks)
