Your responsibilities

Lead the bakery & cheese counter with full P&L accountability and commercial acumen
Coach and develop the deli team – cooperative, situation-appropriate, with empathy and common sense
Plan, organise and take end-to-end ownership of all departmental processes
Create an appealing, high-quality display for our demanding organic customers
Advise customers and prepare fresh snacks for our in-store bistro
Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers feel at home

Your profile

Completed vocational training and first leadership experience, preferably in grocery retail
Previous deli or fresh-food counter experience is an advantage
Passion for organic products and, above all, for cheese
Dynamic, responsible and enthusiastic personality
