Counter Team Leader (m/f/d) – Bakery & Cheese Counter – Munich City Centre

Your responsibilities

• Lead our bakery & cheese counter with commercial responsibility and strong sales focus
• Coach and support your team in a cooperative, situational and empathetic way
• Organise, plan and take full ownership of all counter processes
• Create visually appealing displays for our discerning customers
• Advise customers and prepare snacks for our bistro
• Help ensure our customers feel welcome and valued

Your profile

• Completed vocational training and first leadership experience, preferably in food retail
• Previous counter experience essential
• Passion for organic products and especially cheese
• Dynamic, responsible and enthusiastic personality
