Order Management / Project Coordination / Dispatching (m/f/d) – Photovoltaics, Heat Pumps & Energy Systems

Your responsibilities

• Central point of contact and solution-oriented link between installation teams, sales and customers
• Ownership of smooth order processing from planning to final completion
• Coordination of project progress, material deliveries and overall logistics
• Scheduling and planning of installations with consistent, professional customer communication
• Support of colleagues in project design, preparation of installation documents and general project execution
• Active contribution to increasing customer satisfaction and referral rates

What you bring

• Professional experience in project coordination, customer service or dispatching; interest in technology and renewable energy advantageous
• Structured, self-reliant and meticulous way of working with high quality standards
• Strong communication skills combined with a pronounced service mindset
• Digital affinity and quick adoption of new software solutions
• Team spirit, motivation and the drive to make a joint impact
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken
