Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Hof Speisekammer (Start 2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will learn every area of the store – from product presentation and customer consulting to ordering, stock control and checkout operations. You will take responsibility for shelf sections, support the cheese, bakery and bistro counters, and gain insight into back-office processes. Equipped with in-depth product knowledge, you will advise customers expertly on organic foods and ensure smooth store operations.

Your tasks

• Appealing presentation of premium organic foods
• Competent, friendly customer consulting
• Cashier duties and till reconciliation
• Implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting sales campaigns and seasonal placements

What you bring

• Good school results, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy working with people and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
