Your responsibilities

• Analyse operational KPIs and drive data-led improvements in our installation business
• Develop a deep understanding of ongoing installation and site processes
• Identify, measure and prioritise optimisation potential
• Combine data from multiple sources and derive clear action recommendations
• Work closely with master installers, site managers and central teams at eye level
• Travel 1–2 times per month within Germany & Europe to understand processes on site and implement improvements

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science or Business/Engineering with strong IT & data focus
• 2–4 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Operations or similar data-driven roles
• Highly developed analytical skills and strong data affinity
• Ability to structure complex matters and communicate them clearly
• Practical craft experience (e.g. electrician, HVAC) is a plus
• Fluent German & English (C-level); Spanish is an additional plus
