As Order Management Professional, you own spare-parts orders that directly shape our operations. From the moment a closed sales order arrives, you drive the internal ordering process, execution and tracking to ensure every contractual commitment is met. Close collaboration with production, sales, finance and logistics secures on-time delivery.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• End-to-end order management for compression spare parts
• Frontline communication with customers and factories on schedules and specifications
• Co-develop process improvements with internal stakeholders
• Administer project-related parts orders
• Raise on-time-delivery performance through proactive problem-solving
• Contribute to digitalisation and AI initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project or Supply-Chain Management plus 3+ years of experience in order-to-cash, project or logistics environments
• Solid understanding of logistics, supply-chain and project finance
• Strong analytical, networking and communication skills
• Advanced Excel, Power BI knowledge welcome; high proficiency in SAP SD & MM
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
