Sales Manager (m/f/d) for intelligent energy systems – 1KOMMA5° Osnabrück

1KOMMA5° develops Heartbeat – Europe’s leading energy software platform. It links PV systems, battery storage, heat pumps and wallboxes into a virtual power plant, helping customers get more out of their energy and operate their systems more profitably. As a one-stop shop we provide consulting, planning, installation and digital control – for climate-neutral living, heating and charging.

Your responsibilities

• Advise and sell our full portfolio (PV, storage, heat pumps, wallboxes, „Heartbeat“ energy management) to single-family homeowners and small commercial businesses
• Independently schedule and conduct customer appointments, consultations and proposals
• Work with pre-qualified leads supplied by the 1KOMMA5° network
• Guide clients from first contact to contract signing and hand over smoothly to project coordination and site management
• Actively contribute ideas to improve regional sales processes

Your profile

• First sales experience or high motivation to start a sales career; experience with technical consumer products (PV/heat pumps) a plus
• Strong communication skills, empathy and persuasive power with customers
• Basic technical understanding and ability to explain complex issues clearly
• Desire for continuous development in a dynamic industry
• Very good written and spoken German
